Defects and other observations

The alternator's overrunning clutch squeaks. I replaced the multi-rib belt, tensioner and accessory idler pulleys and, during the job, it was found that the squeak comes from the overrunning clutch. The alternator itself is in working order. According to the garage the part costs €85 and the labour is less than the part.

Two sets of tyres on alloy wheels. The summer tyres will only last this season; the winter tyres have good studs.
