Tips for use:

Smaller items require less cooking time

More items may increase cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway improves the result.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes to improve crispness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Oven‑cooked dishes also suit this fryer well.

The optimal portion for fries is 500 g

Ready‑made dough shortens the cooking time for filled snacks

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate foods.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes

If you want to bake a cake or quiche or fry delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish inside the fryer basket.
