Ultrasonic cleaner designed for industrial use. High-quality materials are corrosion-resistant and durable. The unit is fitted with an automatic heating element; the heating range reaches approximately 95 °C from room temperature.

Ultrasonic cleaning relies on strong cavitation generated by ultrasound. Microscopic cavitation bubbles forming on the surface of the item being cleaned cause powerful pressure shocks that effectively remove all unwanted contaminants without damaging the item. Items made of rubber, glass, metal, plastic, ceramics and also electronics can be cleaned. However, check suitability before cleaning (for example, spectacles).

Ultrasound removes dirt, grease and contaminants from places impossible to reach with other cleaning methods, such as drillings, cavities and channels. For this reason it is ideal for cleaning carburettors and many other nearly impossible cleaning targets.

Before cleaning, select the desired temperature and cleaning time on the ultrasonic cleaner and the process can begin. For best results we recommend using a dedicated cleaning solution. You can also use water with a dash of Fairy or another suitable detergent. Vinegar, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, solvent cleaners etc. may also be used. The process can be further accelerated by raising the liquid temperature.
