The AOT R2 Reformer brings studio Pilates to your home. The unit includes 2 × 8.2 kg, 12 kg and 20 kg springs, a stable frame and a smoothly gliding carriage. Train effectively at any time in the comfort of your home.

Reformer Pilates has become a very popular fitness method as it provides a calm yet effective full-body workout. The moving carriage and adjustable resistance levels allow both basic control and mobility exercises and more demanding strength workouts. Training focuses on even breathing and controlled movements, making sessions both effective and relaxing.

The AOT R2 Reformer is designed for home use for people who want to practise in privacy and save time and money. The unit can be folded if needed, but due to its weight we recommend allocating a permanent place for it at home.

Resistance can be adjusted flexibly with the four included springs of different strengths. By combining springs you can build a routine that matches your goals. The spring strengths are 8.2 / 12 / 20 kg, enabling strong resistance for exercises such as leg work. The carriage moves smoothly and quietly, making exercises pleasant. Accessories include nylon ropes with rope guides, a footbar, a pole, soft shoulder and head supports, springs and resistance bands.

The core of Reformer training is strengthening the deep stabilising muscles. Training helps maintain good posture, reduces strain on the back and neck and supports whole-body mobility. That is why reformers are also used in rehabilitation and as a complement to athletes’ training. With your own unit you can set your training rhythm entirely around your schedule.
