Start your day by checking Samsung Health’s Energy Score to better understand your body and how active you should be today. The Booster Card feature measures your metrics and offers motivation and training tips tailored to your goals. The Galaxy Watch7 has an improved GPS with a dual-frequency GNSS (L1+L5) chip and an advanced algorithm that provides accurate positioning even in dense urban areas. You can also replay previous routes and race yourself in real time. GPX files allow you to compare workouts and get route suggestions from nearby terrain.

If the watch detects irregular heartbeats, you’ll be notified and can take an ECG directly from the watch for more information. For women, temperature analysis in conjunction with the Natural Cycles app can help predict next periods and ovulation. Galaxy AI also monitors sleep quality and stages from light to deep sleep. With Samsung Health, Galaxy AI creates a personalised schedule for better sleep to help you relax and recover optimally.
