• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, as found. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, related company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later refer to matters that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No seller warranty, exchange or return rights are provided for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and the receipt emailed according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom public vehicle information. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

Please note that:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the lot

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
