From brainstorming to product, the Premium Hot Tub was born — roomy enough to sprawl in thanks to its two-metre diameter! You can enjoy the luxury of space on your own, but the Premium Hot Tub also fits your whole group of friends. Children will have room for livelier water play in this quality giant. We improved the Premium Hot Tub further by adding an easy-to-use step, creating the Premium Step In Hot Tub, which makes it easier for children and older people to get in and out to cool off. The step’s versatility makes this tub even more premium.

Practical, versatile Step In step

You wouldn’t think one plastic step could do so much, but it does. We designed the Step In step to make entering the tub easier. The step naturally helps getting into and out of the tub, but it also works as a seat for a small child whose head might otherwise sink below the water. Parents can relax better knowing the child has a suitably sized step. In use we’ve also found the step serves well as a handrail — it makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub a handy lounging tub. The Step In solution makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub suitable for all ages and helps people with limited mobility bathe more easily.

Premium class gives your tub extra space

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we manufacture quality hot tubs, but the Premium series takes it a step further with its larger size. The Premium range gives you a bigger tub and that means first-class, premium comfort. In smaller hot tubs feet soon get tangled in the middle, but an extra 30–40 cm in diameter works wonders! The water volume does not increase significantly and the Premium Step In Hot Tub is ready to use in almost the same time as smaller tubs. Plenty of choices

We apologise in advance for making one part of buying a tub a bit tricky. The problem is a positive one: you get to make choices so the Premium Step In Hot Tub is tailored to your taste. You can choose the colour of the plastic shell from five options. That’s not all: you can also choose the exterior cladding material from three options and the cover colour from black or grey. The colour range is inspired by nature and includes, for example, sea blue or lichen grey. All colour palettes are compatible and work well together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve first-class insulation, we wrapped the Premium Step In Hot Tub in serious thermal layers. Under the plastic shell there is 44 cm of EPS insulation, which keeps frost at bay and the bathing water warm even in colder winter weather. We also added generous thermal plastic insulation to the tub sides so the rim is insulated too. This highly efficient hot tub retains heat so well that a well-covered Premium Step In Hot Tub is still warm the next day. For winter baths we recommend lighting one load of wood before the next day’s bath. Oxidising chlorine-free active-oxygen tablets added after an evening bath will also freshen the water for the next session. Then enjoy again — or, for children, splash about.

Hot, efficient heating

Our powerful marine-aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature within a couple of hours. The 35 kW marine-aluminium stove is durable and conducts heat well. The stove is fitted with an attractive glass door so the wood-fired tub provides a warm glow without the need to open the door to check the fire.

Arctic heaters supplied with Hyvän Kaupan Paikka hot tub packages are manufactured in Finland. The high-powered stove is not afraid of seawater — it works with both fresh and brackish water. Carefully chosen material details make the stove a hot top-quality product. The heater package includes two metres of chimney pipe and a rain cap; if you want more pipe, a chimney guard or a spark arrestor, see the accessory list.

Note that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium, as chlorine will oxidise marine aluminium. We recommend changing the water often enough and using active-oxygen tablets (see accessory list). Active oxygen treats the water for about 24 hours, after which the water can also be used for irrigation as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Untreated water easily forms a slimy film on the rim, but active oxygen prevents this.

Carefree plastic shell

The uniquely shaped and ergonomically designed shell of the Premium Step In Hot Tub is rotationally moulded polyethylene made by Jaxal. This plastic has memory — it keeps the shape it was moulded into. The low-maintenance, durable plastic shell stands the test of time, which is why we confidently offer a ten-year warranty.

Because the plastic shell has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in hidden places. Remember to keep the shell surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy with ordinary cleaning detergents. More meticulous users can occasionally disinfect their shell, but please ensure wastewater is disposed of correctly.
