Law firm sells the shares owned by an estate in the housing company Asunto Oy Malmitasku — share numbers 18595–20139 — which entitle the holder to possession of residential apartment B 15 comprising 3 rooms + kitchen, 77.5 m², in the company-owned building completed in 1974 at Mikonkatu 10, 83500 Outokumpu. A garage space is sold with the apartment. In addition to the maintenance charge, the water fee per person is €24.00 per month and the heating-post rent is €4.00.

The apartment is in tidy condition, although it requires cleaning and surface renovation.

The sale includes fixed built-in cupboards and wardrobes, kitchen appliances, balcony glazing, venetian blinds and the bookcase shown in the pictures. Some of the kitchen appliances are partly defective and the buyer should be prepared to repair or replace them if necessary. Other movable items shown in the pictures are not included in the sale.

The physical share certificate has been lost and an application for its cancellation has been filed with the district court.
