Usage tips:

Smaller items need less cooking time

Multiple items can increase cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway improves results.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes to increase crispiness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Oven-cooked dishes also suit this fryer well.

The optimal portion for fries is 500 g

Ready-made dough shortens cooking time for filled snacks

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate dishes.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C up to 10 minutes

If you want to bake a cake or quiche or fry delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish inside the fryer basket.
