This LED light is a so-called Plug & Play modular lighting system. It suits commercial lighting, barbershops, gyms and garages well. The fixtures can be easily attached on the floor and then lifted to the ceiling or wall, for example.

However, connection is to 230 V mains and requires an electrician. Otherwise assembly is easy and you can do it yourself.
