The caravan is a 2002 model.

Ready to go straight away, just inspected and no faults found.

With a sensible layout, the caravan suits a larger family too — sleeping space for 6–7 people.

The caravan is 254 cm wide and 7.3 m long, weighing only 1,360 kg — towable even by an electric car 😀

It feels roomy and pleasant to live in; a compact model suitable for all travellers, from families with children to retired couples.

Gas, electricity, water and heating work — I tested the functions and noticed no issues.

Note! The caravan has a Dometic HB 2500 air-source heat pump, which cools and heats — very handy in hot weather 😎.

The heat pump is fitted in the floor, which I think is a very good solution: any liquids drain away externally. There is no risk of it leaking through the ceiling into the interior.

At the rear there is a large fixed double bed, one fixed bunk bed and a wardrobe/closet bed; the dining area converts to a double bed.

Plenty of storage: two wardrobes for hanging clothes and many cupboards.

Alde 3000 liquid-circulation heating with underfloor heating and radiators — a winter-habitable caravan, so it won’t be cold in winter.

There are no signs of moisture or mould anywhere in the caravan, and no unpleasant smells. The walls are firm throughout and there are no traces of leaking.

Overall the caravan is in good condition, intact and tidy — it is 24 years old so not new, but in better-than-average condition.
