Please note that furniture in good condition is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition, which apply to all items:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but may be slightly stiffer, for example on an office chair. Often older models and upholstery slightly faded compared with new, but a functional office chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on an office chair.

Winning items must be collected within one week of the auction being won. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge €50/day storage unless otherwise agreed.

If storage costs exceed the auction price, we consider the sale cancelled and will re-sell the item.
