Items have been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. They have not been inspected by a qualified examiner, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before bidding. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note that each successful bid has its own pickup fee; if you have several wins, you must pay the pickup fee for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please note this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the difference if sold at a lower price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold "as is", but the listing provider is responsible for the accuracy of the information given

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
