• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition, directly from use or storage. The seller has described the lot for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been found during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item carries no seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please note this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower re-sale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and these sales terms before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is" but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the listing information

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
