• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are taken directly from use or storage and have been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been checked by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.
