• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Items are either in active use or in storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition assessor, so latent faults not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any fact that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each winning bid has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots, a pick-up fee must be paid for each. The pick-up fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take that into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
