• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold straight from use or storage. The seller has photographed and described the item for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always verify any related matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the originally offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
