• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspecting the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without any warranty from the seller and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple wins, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be MOT‑tested, untested or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
