The item can be delivered with Kiitolinja, car transport or Matkahuolto etc., depending on the destination, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packing costs. It can also be delivered outside mainland Finland for an additional charge. For items we send that are not collected, we will charge the same delivery fee as was used for the item both for return to us and for re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the end of the auction or at the time stated in the notification (where collection is possible). After that we charge storage at €10/day.

The delivery cost covers:

• Packaging materials

• Packing (staff costs)

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collecting the parcels from us

• The transport itself

• etc.

• Delivery costs also include value added tax of 25.5% payable to the state

• These costs cannot be included in the product price in the auction as online shops do, because the price is not fixed. The hammer price and delivery charges together form the total price delivered including VAT.
