The item can be delivered with Kiitolinja, a car carrier or Matkahuolto etc. depending on the destination, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packing costs. Delivery outside mainland Finland is possible for an extra charge. For items we have shipped but which are not collected, we will charge the same delivery fee that was charged for the item both for return to us and for re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 business days of the auction ending or within the time stated in the pick-up notice (where collection is possible). After that we charge storage of €10/day.

The delivery charge includes:

• Packing materials

• Packing (staff costs)

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collecting the parcels from us

• Delivery costs also include VAT payable to the state of 25.5%

• These costs cannot be included in the product price in the auction as online shops do, because the price is not fixed. The auction price and delivery charges are the total delivered price of the item, including VAT.
