Magnetic resistance: The unit has a built-in flywheel and magnetic brake. Resistance is adjusted manually with a knob that moves the magnets closer to or further from the flywheel.

Return mechanism: When you pull the handle, the belt turns the flywheel. When you release

the movement forward, the internal return spring automatically draws the belt and handle back to the starting position.

Angled sliding rail: The seat rolls on an aluminium rail that is slightly inclined. This increases the work of the leg muscles during the return phase.

Console: The training computer runs on batteries and starts automatically when you begin rowing. It measures time, stroke count, speed and energy consumption in real time.

How to use the machine correctly

Secure your feet: Place your feet on the footplates and tighten the straps firmly over the insteps.

Adjust resistance: Turn the selection dial on the frame to the desired level before starting.

Starting position (Return): Sit upright, bend your knees and reach forward with your arms straight.

Drive phase: Push off powerfully with your legs. When your legs are almost straight, lean the torso slightly back and pull the handle towards your lower abdomen.

Return phase: First extend your arms, lean the torso forward and allow your legs to bend as you slide back to the start position.
