Method of making offers

The lot will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 12 May–2 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 02 June 2026 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. Written offers must be received no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 at the Enforcement Authority's Kotka office, address Vuorikatu 5 C, 48100 Kotka, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately after acceptance of the bid pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must indicate on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest under section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the full purchase price until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been held. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.

The item is seized and is sold by free sale arranged by the enforcement officer, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The item is sold as is at the time of sale. The Enforcement Authority is not liable for any defects or shortages in the item.

The lot will be delivered to the buyer after payment of the purchase price, at which point ownership transfers to the buyer. A certificate of acquisition will be provided to the buyer. The buyer must register the vehicle in their own name at an authorised inspection/registration station.

The buyer must collect the item promptly after payment of the purchase price.
