Goods are in the condition found in use or in storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder is obliged, before placing a bid, to inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase
