The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Uncollected goods will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always pass to the buyer. Auction approval can take days to weeks depending on third parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions on the buyer are carried out. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
