The lot will be sold by bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 8 May and 25 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 25 May 2026 at 16:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. The written offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic bid incrementer. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be submitted no later than 21 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office at Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The item may be collected after payment of the purchase price. A certificate of transfer will be issued to the buyer upon collection. Collection must be agreed separately with senior enforcement inspector Elina Riikonen.

Appeals against the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. An appeal instruction will be attached to the sales decision.

Buyer's liability:

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the bidder's liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms
The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase amount by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account on the same day.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer shall pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act, until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out. The current rate of default interest is 9.50%.
