• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The product has not been inspected by an independent condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please read the auction's applicable terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.

•    inspect the item and the information given about it before bidding

•    bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

•    the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

•    if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
