• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed for the sale by the seller. The item has not been inspected by an independent inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item: Bidders must inspect the item, and any company documents or papers, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot may have its own collection fee; if you win several lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and fees” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Condition of goods: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate — please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs, in full with interest. Please read the auction’s terms and the seller’s terms before placing a bid.

•   inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

•   bids are binding and there is no exchange or return

•   items are sold “as is”, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing

•   if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
