• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Items come directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition assessor, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing: Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim defects that could have been observed during the pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown under "delivery methods and costs" on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods: Items come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify matters related to the purchase such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the lot and charge the buyer the difference between the original and resale price plus any agent and debt-collection costs with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before bidding.

And note that:

•    inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

•    bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

•    lots are sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•    if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
