• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used and in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage and were photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final—check items carefully before purchase. Always confirm any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the lower resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller confirms that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not inform the highest bidder of acceptance or rejection within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
