• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from direct use or storage. The lot has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or returns. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you have several winning bids you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown under "delivery methods and charges" on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overdue collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
