The lot has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by an assessor, so hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold lot has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid may have its own collection fee; if there are several bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final; please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection records from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
