The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 6 May 2026 to 28 May 2026. The sale ends on 28 May 2026 at 11:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The offer must be submitted no later than 26 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Valtakatu 12 C, 28100 Pori. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the purchaser candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 26 May 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Valtakatu 12 C, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction.
