This LED light is a Plug & Play modular lighting system. It is well suited for commercial lighting, barber shops, gyms and garages. The fixtures can be easily attached on the floor and then raised to the ceiling or wall, for example.

Connection, however, is to 230 V, so it requires a qualified electrician. Otherwise assembling the lights is easy and you can do it yourself.
