Usage tips:

Smaller items require less cooking time.

Cooking multiple items may increase cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway through improves results.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for extra crispness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Dishes normally baked in an oven also work well in this fryer.

The optimal portion for French fries is 500 g.

Ready-made dough shortens preparation time for filled snacks.

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate dishes.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes

For baking cakes or quiches or frying delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish in the fryer basket.
