Access tractor-registered quad in the pictures — needs some work.

Snow plough, winch (works), nearly new Maxxis tyres, alloy rims, registered for 2 people, T3b class (60 km/h), EPS power steering, heated grips.

The operation of 4WD or the front locker could not be fully tested, but when the switch is pressed the 4WD indicator lights and an engagement motor sound is heard at the front. Engaging the front locker was not tested.

The winch works. The heated grips were not tested.

There are no unusual noises from the engine or ATV. With the battery flat the power steering could not be tested. The power steering turns off when the battery charge is low.

No oil leaks or other issues observed. A maintenance charger is included.

Remarks:

• Battery is dead. Started in the video using auxiliary power.

• Steering column slightly crooked to the right when riding straight.

• Engine stutters — seems to choke. In the video you can see the throttle hesitating then accelerating. The ATV can still accelerate to higher speeds and does not stall at around 10 km/h. (engine fault light on)

• Some issues with the gear position sensor. It does not always detect gear, so the lever needs to be jiggled to get to N before it will start. Starting and shifting work normally. Once started the gears operate normally even if the instrument cluster does not show the gear — L, H and R work as they should.

Faults have not been investigated further.
