For sale is a Calibra built at the Uusikaupunki factory (fairly certain) to which someone at some point has fitted an engine with a red cover. I bought the car around 2010 intending to make it look nice, but then I bought a house and did a couple of renovations, and surprise — no time 😂.


Various new parts have been bought for the Calibra; most are visible in the photos. Some new parts are the kind that are hard to find anymore — for example, the mass air flow sensor was hunted for by a professional for about a year and cost €450. The DOTZ wheels and tyres shown loose in the pictures cost nearly €1,000 and have run under the car for less than 2,000 km. The angel-eye lights cost about €400 and the body kit cost over €1,000, so I won’t get my money back, but I’m not selling them separately. The sale also includes the white spare Calibra shown in the photos.


Please note the car is a project. The car sprang into life after about three years standing under a palm. It is stored in a garage. I fitted a new timing belt and accessory belts so they won’t snap or damage anything while moving it. The car can therefore be taken for a test drive. The brakes also seemed to work.
