For sale: a lightly used La Mare Apartboat L houseboat in excellent condition, suitable for year-round use.

The houseboat has an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, large windows and glass doors leading to the front terrace. A separate bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage. Total area approx. 48 m² (+ roof terrace), of which internal area is approx. 27 m²; ceiling height 2.18 m. Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump, gas, or alternatively shore power. The bathroom includes a ceramic toilet, shower cubicle and a lovely wood-fired sauna with an Iki stove. On the roof there is a large deck with railings and solar panels. Non-sinkable, removable ice-resistant polyethylene pontoons 2 x 9. The ferry can be kept in the water throughout winter. The ferry is CE-marked.

Has been on Lake Saimaa since new, not used in seawater.
