Here is a durable, good-condition, low-mileage and even stylish Transit 💪🏻

The van has been spray-painted with Raptor bed-liner coating, which gives the vehicle a stylish look and adds protection to the bodywork.

The Transit is in good condition, it doesn’t rattle and is pleasant to drive.

The exterior is tidy, although it has picked up a few knocks and scrapes over time (see photos).

The interior is otherwise tidy apart from the seats, which is not unusual for a commercial van. New replacement seats cost €100–200 each.

I wouldn’t rush to change the seats — if you drive to the petrol station for a coffee people will already think it’s a genuine builder’s vehicle 😅. In fact, driving this proud steed anywhere will make people a little jealous 😎

The mechanical condition is very good!

Engine, clutch and gears work as they should; the odometer shows only 222,000 km. The vehicle has been serviced extensively over time — the service book has entries up to 2022, after which oils and consumables have been changed by the owner. (See service book photos)

Oil and filter are next due for replacement.

The brake-pad warning light is illuminated yellow, probably a sensor fault; the light has been on for a long time but it does not affect driving because the brakes are in good condition!

It isn’t a flawless example but is certainly in above-average condition!

- 2x Keys (central locking works only with the blue key)

- Webasto heater (functionality not guaranteed)

- Engine block heater

- Trip computer

- Turbo

- Timing-chain engine

That should cover the necessary gadgets — no worries about extra electrical faults 😀
