Einhell's digital stud detector TC-MD 50 is an essential tool for both DIYers and professionals: it reliably locates different materials in walls for home decorating, construction sites or renovation work. The device reliably detects metals, wood and electrical cables in dry construction. It identifies ferrous metals such as steel and live-carrying cables to a depth of 50 millimetres, non-ferrous metals such as copper to a depth of 38 millimetres, and wood to a depth of 19 millimetres. The audible warning makes the device easy and intuitive to use. Rear protective pads also protect the wall. The softgrip surface allows comfortable one-handed use. If the device is put down and unused for one minute, it switches off automatically.
