Usage tips:

Smaller items require less cooking time

More items may increase cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway improves results.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes to increase crispiness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Dishes normally made in the oven also work well in this air fryer.

The optimal portion for fries is 500 g

Ready-made dough shortens the cooking time for filled snacks

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate foods.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes

If you want to bake a cake or quiche, or fry delicate ingredients, use an oven tray or ovenproof dish inside the fryer basket.
