Location:

The sauna elements and accessories are currently dismantled. All parts are stored in a heated facility in Kotka. The sauna is sold as seen at the time of sale. Note that items shown in the listing photos, such as stoves and flues, are not included in the sale. We recommend inspecting the item before placing a bid.

Includes structural drawings. The seller will not assist with assembly but will provide instructions and advice if needed.

Materials included in the sale can be inspected in Kotka at Transport Lindqvist Oy's warehouse (Address: Asentajankatu 10) on Wed 6 May 2026 14:00–16:00 and Wed 13 May 2025 14:00–16:00.

Collection:

The buyer is responsible for transport costs. The item must be collected in full by 5 June 2026. The seller can assist in arranging transport and loading. Total weight approx. 3,000 kg.

No reserve price, sold to the highest bidder. The seller commits to selling to the highest bidder. Seller: Vehkalahden Veikot ry. The price does not include VAT (0% VAT). Reason for VAT exemption: VAT Act, section 4.

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
