This model is operated via a touchscreen rather than buttons. The reader has a large 6100 mAh internal battery that charges while connected to the vehicle OBD port (a USB charging cable is included, so it can also be charged with a standard phone USB charger).

Most cars are recognised automatically when the reader is plugged into the OBD port, and the reader fetches vehicle details using the VIN. If automatic identification fails or you prefer to enter the vehicle details manually, that is also possible.

The reader is easy to keep up to date: simply connect it to a wireless network (Wi‑Fi) to update the device.
