This model is operated via the touchscreen rather than buttons. The reader has a large 6100 mAh battery that charges while connected to the vehicle's OBD port (a USB charging cable is included, so it can be charged with a standard phone USB charger).

Most vehicles are identified automatically when the reader is plugged into the OBD port; the device retrieves vehicle data using the VIN. If automatic identification fails, you can enter the vehicle details manually.
