The item will be sold by bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 22 April – 13 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 13 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the Enforcement Authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid incrementer. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the lot number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and follows the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 11 May 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 TURKU, or by e‑mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by public sale in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a complete description of the item.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

Collection arrangements must be agreed separately with Enforcement Senior Inspector Agis Kauristo Modinos.

An appeal against the sale or any action related to or prior to the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions for appeals are attached to the sale decision.

Buyer’s liability to pay:

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms:
The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted, pay the entire purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official trust account on the same day.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has taken place. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%.
