Defects and other observations

Before listing the car for sale we carried out a test drive and technical inspection and made the following observations:

  • The car has been jump‑started with a booster but will not start anymore; not investigated further. We recommend collecting the car on a trailer / car transporter as it does not start.

  • According to the previous owner there has been coolant leakage / a possible head gasket fault, and possibly an issue at the timing cover. The car has stood for a long time. These issues have not been examined further, but oil leakage is visible at the top of the engine bay and the expansion tank is empty.

  • Electric windows do not work, nor do the mirror adjustments or the radio. There are electrical faults. Not investigated further.

  • The driver’s seat wobbles.

  • The bodywork and interior are in poor condition.

  • Collect by car transporter / trailer as the car will not start.

  • Summer tyres are worn; winter tyres have 4 mm tread at the front and 6 mm at the rear. Winter tyres are on alloy wheels at the front and on steel wheels at the rear.

  • There is no service book and no detailed service history available.
