Imported from Japan. A factory-rebuilt M96.04 AT engine (original engine M96.02) was installed due to an engine failure; it includes the so‑called larger, improved IMS bearing. There are no documents for the engine swap itself, but Klassik Service Oy's statement is shown in the attached photos (work order 8685).


Features include xenon headlights, automatic air conditioning, electric windows, leather upholstery, heated seats and electrically adjustable seats.


I have owned the car for 4 years and have driven it about 3,000 km each summer. I change the oil and filter myself once per summer and the engine runs well. The service book is in Japanese; there are no service entries made in Finland.


The car is in good condition for its age, though it has minor signs of use. Brake discs and pads were replaced last summer and it passed inspection in July 2025 with no remarks. Driven only in summers and stored in a dry garage in winters.


The car currently has very old studless winter tyres fitted and the tyres will need replacing. On some wheels the paint on the inner rim has slightly cracked; however, the wheels appear in good condition when viewed from the outside/side of the car. A few small scratches on the right front wing and a small scratch on the left rear corner.


In the future it would be good to replace the bump stops on the shock absorbers, the upper control‑arm boots at the front, the engine mounts, ignition coils, etc. Klassik Service has also inspected the cylinders (see work order 8685).
