For sale now is a Calibra built at the Uudenkaupunki factory (fairly certain) into which someone at some point swapped a red‑topped engine. I bought the car around 2010 intending to make it look nice, but then I bought a house and did some renovations, and surprise — I haven't had the time 😂.


All sorts of new parts have been bought for the Calibra, most of which are visible in the pictures. Some new parts are hard to find anymore; for example the mass‑airflow sensor was sought by a professional for a long time and cost €450. The DOTZ wheels and tyres shown loose in the photos cost nearly €1,000 and have been on the car for under 2,000 km. The angel‑eye headlights were about €400 and the body kit over €1,000, so I won't get that money back. The sale also includes the white spare-parts Calibra shown in the pictures.


Please note the car is a project. It actually started after about three years of standing. It is stored in a garage. I fitted a new timing belt and auxiliary belts so they don't snap when moving and cause damage. The car can be driven for a test. The brakes also seemed to work.
