Items come from active use or storage and were described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item: Bidders must inspect the lot and relevant documents before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower resale price, as well as any agent and debt‑collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales conditions applying to this auction before bidding.
