Items come from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid, including any documents related to the property. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each auction has its own collection fee; if you win several auctions you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from the public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes, if any, will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
