The seller has described the item for the listing; the product has not been inspected by a surveyor and may have hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless stated otherwise. Late collections will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the offered and resale price, plus any agency and collection costs with full interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before bidding.
